Product strategy and vision for a basketball App powered by the coaches of the NBA.
Access to NBA coaches, for everyone
eCoach is an app platform that allows individual coaches to publish videos, and make 1:1 connections with athletes through annotated video lessons. Their partnership with the NBCA led them to Moment, where two other designers and myself had the opportunity to work with eCoach over six months to define audience segments, value exchange models, product strategy, content strategy, and ultimately redesign their App and website.

Next Steps
During our project, eCoach released an initial version of the eCoachBasketball app based on short-term, tactical design recommendations my team made to the existing eCoach App.
Development is currently underway for a new eCoachBasketball App that allows individual athletes and groups of athletes to access Tips, Drills, Workouts, and lessons from NBA coaches through paid and sponsored access subscriptions.
