Friendly ATM
An OpenIDEO challenge that I provided design coaching on.

How might financial services support the dreams and obligations of those 50 and older?

In January of 2017, I provided coaching on Human Centered Design thinking to a group of non-designers from Peru who were working on a financial services challenge for the North-American market. The challenge prompt asked the question:

"How might we create financial services that support the dreams and obligations of those 50 and older?"

And our group chose to focus on issues security, trust, and convenience as they pertain to ATMs. Our project was named Friendly ATM and it was selected by OpenIDEO, Mastercard, and COOP as one of 5 challenge winners.
